Closings will be done through Timeshare Closing Services, Inc. TCS is a bonded and fully insured Escrow & Title company in Orlando, Fl. The balance of the purchase price will be held in escrow by TCS until deed has been transferred.
I will pay all TCS closing fees and resort transfer fee!!!
