Unit #319/320 at Bluebeard's Castle, USVI has a fixed annual usage of Week 46 (2009: Nov.15-22).
This ownership is for two conjoining studio units each of which sleeps 4 (8 total). One unit has a King size bed and the other has a Queen. Both units are equipped with a sleeper sofa, mini-frig, Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and flatware, TV, Full Bath, linens, toiletries & balcony with a fabulous view of the harbour.
Maintenace fees are billed annually in the amount of $1,118 and are due every March 1. Property taxes are billed seperately and are appox. $82.
This is the best value on St. Thomas Island. The average nightly cost of accomadations on ST. Thomas is $180 plus applicable taxes. As an owner of these units you will only be paying $85.71 per night. You CAN'T beat this rate.
These units rent out for $149/night each.
As an owner you can use your units, rent out your units or exchange your units through RCI into over 4000 other resorts worldwide. Unit#319/320 does exchange with RCI as two seperate units(This is a BONUS of owning a lockout unit).
All fees and taxes are paid through 2009 and there are NO liens or encumbrances on this ownership.
This is a great resort. I was just there myself in January and it was fabulous.
