You shouldn't pay Listing fees

I have worked for listing companies in the past and I actually believed that they were helping the people but it definatly was not that way. All most of them do is just list it on the internet if even that, most just keep your money (this is coming from experience). The only time you should really pay a fee is if the company actually has a person ready to buy. Then you know that you have more of a security there.

I recently started my business and have had very good success with it. I dont charge my clients fees until I actually have a family interested in their property. And you get to see everything in writing. My services have benefited over many consumers and I intend to help as many that need it. If you are struggling with selling your timeshare then you can call me and I might be able to help you. You can look at my website and sell what I sell as well as some background on my firm. And feel free to give me a call. If you know anyone that is struggling or needs help you can also give them my number. Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
