We too were fooled into giving $3000 to someone there who said they represented HSI. We did NOT buy anything at La Jolla but they are the ones who processed our credit card. It has now been over 14 months and I just spoke with with the manager at La Jolla again who admits we own nothing, HSI says we do not have anything with them and yet the La Jolla manager readily admits that he has no intention in returning our $3000. Our CIBC VISA will not fight in our behalf either. I'm certain that we will never return to Mazatlan! Yes, absolutely beware of the corrupt dealings going on at La Jolla.
