Of course I don't know why that seller didn't use the field to describe the float period. It seems that you've provided a space that should cover most if not all. I would not like to see a "trap" in there forcing use of the float description field in the event that the field wasn't adequate to describe the float, but a reminder balloon might open explaining that better descriptions bring better offers. Maybe there could be a way for users to alert the site in the event that a float or any fact about a timeshare could not be adequately described on the ad input form.
