Does anyone have any experience with a company called WASI? I called to rent my Sheraton Vistana and they only charge a $49 owner verification fee at the time of listing and 15% commission when they rent my unit. Other companies I called wanted to charge me an upfront advertising fee of close to $600. ouch!! Anyone know of WASI and if they'll rent my unit?
