Is this an "Up-Front" fee?
If so, I think it is reasonable to stand by my claim. Your explanation sounds sincere, and we always appreciate and welcome an open dialogue on this forum. If you were to charge $49 at the conclusion of a sale or rental, along with the commission, then I would have a more positive position on this.
