Selling a Week at Anfi in Gran Canaria

I am considering selling 1 week (13) at Anfi Beach Club, mainly due to the ever-rising yearly maintenance charges! Would appreciate any advice from anyone about the best approach to seeling an Anfi week. preferably from someone who has successfully done this.
