How do I get a "fair price" estimation for my unit ?

Hello list,
It's my first time in this forum, so pardon if the question does not fits.
I own a studio (1 Bedroom ( 1x double bed )) unit, "Red" week,
in "Royal Alpage Club", Champoussin, Portes du Soleil, Switzerland.
I would like to sell it but I don't know what "fair price" to ask .
I will appreciate you kind help.
