Web Site Down
It would appear that our service provider had a major outage this morning. The websites are slowly coming back online, but it still appears to be a problem. We apologize for any inconvenience and will update this post when we have more information.

Back Up!
I suppose as long as the service provider stays within their guaranteed availability window they don't have to offer an explanation. Not the way I run the show. So your update is that all appears to be back to normal, but we're left scratching our heads as to why the lengthy outage. If it's any consolation, their own website was down, too, so it must have been big!
