disabled and ripped off by £600
My mother and I owned a tieshare in Tenerife which we both loved and did many exchanges. In 2002 I had a stroke and am now disabled and cannot holiday with my um who is 84 and almost blind, I have to go with friends who can assist me. I was taken in bt bwb twice (which was probably my own fault (only excuse vulnerability, due to new circumstances) I have paid out 2 lots of £299 and have received nothing. I was promised a Carribean cruise which I had 3 years to use and several flight inclusive weekend breaks. to this day I have never received the cruise voucher and an unable to swap and go with 2 friends because quote"these items are only meant for couples". How come if 2 ladies can own a timeshare 2 ladies cannot take up this option. I am disabled and a pensioner and paid out of my retirement money hoping I could use these, but all I have is two weekend break vouchers which I personally cannot use. It's about time someone stepped in and stopped this scam
