Question Mayan Palace Group NowOwned by Whindam

Does anyone know if Grand Mayan owners are now also part of Whyndam Vacation Club since Whyndam bought the Mayan Group? Can Grand Mayan members access the Whyndam properties?

Allow me to respond your querie

Dear Mr. Horvath,

We have not been bought by Wyndham; although, we do have a business relationship with them. We are independent companies.

We proudly continue to grow as one of the most important and luxurious resorts in Mexico!

Should you have any further questions about us or your membership, we invite you to contact us through the proper channels at: 1-800-292-9446 or by email at customerservice@mayanpalace.com

Thank you for your time.

Regards,
Karen Rose

When I went through the timeshare pitch in January in Mazatlan at the Mayan Palace, they told me they were changing their name to Vida to encompass a more universal feel than the Mayan name was asscociated to. No mention of being bought my Wyndham.
