Sell Sell Sell - Where are the Buyers

Ever wonder why all the Google Ads on the Internet have companies advertising their site to "SELL TIMESHARE"? I haven't seen one that advertises "BUY TIMESHARE HERE". I wonder why? That is a rhetorical question. I know the answer. Anybody else know?

I often wondered about that has well. I was looking to dump my timeshare and I was unable to do it myself. With that in mind I searched and searched and come across Vacation Property Marketing. I was skeptical at first b/c of all the huff and puff. I was not able to get it sold, but was able to get it into their rental rotation, so it was pretty much a win - win. I have made money off it when I am not using it. Let me know what you think.

Dear Sir,

The answer to your questions in quite simple. There is no real market in the resale of timeshares. It's nearly impossible to sell a mexican timeshare by marketing it in the internet.

That's the reason the resorts have the marketing system we all know. They pay your transportation, breakfasts, city tours and many "gifts". That's also the reason why the prospect must purchase the same day, the resort doesn't want to give time to the prospect to research the real value of the property.
