I recently was scammed by II. I booked a bonus week. A day before my confirmed trip I was told it was canceled due to rain. I was told my money would not be refunded, there were no other resorts available and they could this one time only offer me another week, for a FEE, again. Not a small fee, but the full amount I already paid. I have complained, sent emails and phone calls. The rep I was given, Yvonne Coralis (?) has not returned my numerous messages left for 3 weeks. I missed a week of work, paid $300 which was not refunded, did not have a vacation, do not have a week to use and poor customer service. In addition, I had guest going on vacation with me, who also missed work, and did not have a vacation. Interval International stinks. PLEASE BE AWARE. INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
No one at II is willing to rectify this situation, no phone calls, emails, nothing. I will never use them again. They were only too happy to take my money, but can't even return a phone call or email. I AM BOYCOTTING INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL AND HOPE OTHERS WILL AS WELL. BE CAREFUL. BEWARE.
