• Re-list your ad as often as you like. Just visit our website when you get notified that your ad is expiring and re-list. There is no charge to re-list.

• Upload 3 of your own photos (optional) to embellish your ad and to help differentiate your resort and area details. Include your contact information to more easily answer questions interested parties may have about your timeshare.

Good user etiquette suggests that owners and agents should send an automated, "no interest" reply as a matter of courtesy to the other party if they are not interested in responding to their message. There is no charge for this feature.

• Our advanced messaging system will automatically notify registered owners and agents when registered buyers and vacationers have expressed an interest in a timeshare advertised on this site for sale or rent.

• Buyers and vacationers are limited to 3 active offers at any given time, adding significant value to each message owners and agents receive. This is our way of qualifying leads.

• There are no commissions, membership fees, or other up-front costs to use this site.

• We charge owners and agents $4.95 for each prospect the owner or agent chooses to contact. This fee is applied once per "introduction". After the owner and prospect have made contact, they can continue an unlimited dialogue by means of their choosing without any additional charges or fees from this site.

• TimeshareGateway.com limits the number of payments you make on any ad. Once 5 offers have been paid, an ad automatically converts to "1 Year Unlimited Offers (Plan IV)" status for the balance of the subscription for that ad. The maximum amount you can spend on your ad is $24.75 / year with no up-front risk or cost.

• With nothing else to pay, there is a minimal cost to owners and agents, and only after our advertising efforts have brought prospective buyers and vacationers to this site.
