Moosehead Cottage Resort

Posted by: chris cates
Review: the staff are very unwelcoming and unfriendly. the place has become awful since the good years back in 98. My children felt uncomfatable around barabara because she seemed so cold and insensitive. the place had only two other familys beside me there and the staff closed the club house early because of lack of people. i noticed hidden survallance camera this year in the pool that wheren't advertisized making me wonder who online has access to this vidoe. you feel like your a jew in a nazi concentration camp when dealing with talking with staff. customer satisfaction is none of there priority. please enjoy the warm town folk, I know they made me feel welcomed. but mcr i hate having a time share i can't sell, and theres a dozen other who feel stuck with there slots being told that no one is buying them. I recomend not buying a time share because it's all false advertizing and you wil quickly grow to hate the place. the only nice thing is it is a clean place.

The Grand Mayan Nuevo Vallarta

Posted by: andylevind
Review: We've been here many times in Nuevo Vallarta. Beautiful fun beach, great service and magnificent surroundings. We bought a share at the Grand Luxxe, which is dramatically more plush -- like you're suffering at the GM. Tremendous changes are unfolding in the theme and water park developments nearby in NV.

Penthouse Beach Club

Posted by: cdube01
Review: My girlfriend and I checked into Penthouse Beach Club in Treasure Island, FL on June 4, 2011. We were staying there for the following week and were scheduled to check out on June 11, 2011. Throughout the first part of the week we noticed several large roaches in the stairways and around the facility. We avoided these bugs and just assumed that it was due to the humidity and being in a different location. While in our actual room, we encountered a couple of the bugs as well. There was no food left out or open containers in the room that would normally attract bugs. We were careful to make sure that everything was sealed and cleaned up as to not encourage an infestation.
During the week, we were generally in the room relaxing and watching TV by 10 pm and did not see many of the bugs as the lights were on until we went to sleep. On Thursday, June 9 we decided to stay out later and had the lights off as we were out of the room till approximately 2 a.m. We came home around 2 a.m. to find 2 of the roaches waiting just inside the door once we turned the lights on. I proceeded to check the rest of the room and killed nine total roaches. This was very disgusting and made our room a place where we could no longer bare to sleep.
We decided to go down to the office and call the number located on the door. The woman that answered was very rude and acted as if we were putting her out by calling this late which we apologized for when she first answered. We explained the roach issue and the woman tried to tell us that they were Palmetto bugs and not roaches and that they were normal to be everywhere in FL. She also offered to move us to another room. I personally dont think that the bugs just liked our room and that moving to another room would do anything other than put us in another roach room. Also, not knowing at that time what Palmetto bugs were, we looked it up and they are in fact roaches.
Due to the fact that it was late and we had no desire to stay in any room there, we told her we would just figure something out for the night and then discuss it in the morning. We decided to drive to a 24-hour Wal-mart and purchase roach spray and see if we could take care of the problem for the evening. Upon our return to the condo, I sprayed the entire perimeter of the room and proceeded to kill another seven roaches bringing the total to 16 roaches that were crawling around our room. This was just too much and we proceeded to pack up everything and hope that no roaches had made their way into our luggage or clothes. We then loaded the car and slept the rest of the night in the car.
In the morning we went to the office after it was open and tried to explain the situation and requested a refund of our yearly maintenance fee as it was obvious to us that things were clearly not being maintained. The lady at the desk was not very understanding at all, and in fact, acted as if this was a normal occurrence. She said that she could not do anything and that we would need to speak to management who would not be in for another 30-45 minutes. We were also told that because the timeshare was in my mothers name that she would have to be the one to resolve the issue. We were tired from being up all night trying to resolve their bug problem and were very frustrated as it was ruining our vacation. We decided to contact my mother to try and get the issue resolved and we wanted to get far away from the roach infestation.

Ngwenya Lodge

Posted by: salomon8999
Review: Whilst Ngwenya is situated within the most picturesque surroundings the management and quality of this resort falls far short of expectations. If you want the most basic of accommodation at above avarage prices then you might consider Ngwenya.
Resources are extremely badly managed, from a lack of running water on certain days to inferior cleaning standards, to a restaurant owner called Tinus with the most arrogant attitude (for what reason I am still trying to establish....) - might perhaps be small man syndrome - sorry I could not resist.
It is a real shame that this resort has access to the most amazing views of the Kruger National Park and the Komati River, but it is such a pity that the buildings, atmosphere and management spoil the natural beauty.
Also note that guests are required to pay the WHOLE amount upfront months before their stay, rather book a hotel, where you will have more facilities for exactly the same price.
R17,000 later = very dissapointed. Not a good deal, perhaps if you have RCI points it may be a bargain, but do not pay cash. Simply not worth it!

Ngwenya Lodge

Posted by: manexco
Review: This RCI Gold Crown resort has recently been refurbished and is very plush. The unit being next to the river offered great viewing as a wide variety of game come to the river's edge below the units for drinking. Elephant, lion, crocs, hippo, wildebeest and warthog etc were seen. Bird life too is excellent. We did not always want to prepare our own meals (great kitchen) so we would either use the restaurant or go to another resort for a change or into the nearby town of Komatipoort. There is a lot to see and do in the area like golf, fishing, game drives, arts & craft markets etc. The famous Kruger Park game reserve extends into the resort and the gate into the reserve is only minutes away. Mozambique is only an hour's drive and offers fantastic reefs and other attractions.
If you love wildlife, this resort offers really super viewing and should be on your 'bucket list'.

Mardi Gras Manor I

Posted by: Charli Hartley
Review: When we arrived, Maria was right there to get us set up. She explained everything we would need to know. John Henry was there to get our luggage. Maria was like family from that moment on. We were there for 7 days. We had to park several blocks away in a secure parking lot and kept the car there for the duration of the trip. Didn't need the vehicle. Everything was in walking distance and if not we called a cab that we used the whole time and kept # in our cell phones. They were prompt and inexpensive. I wasn't looking forward to getting the car the last day we were there, but actually it turned out to be the best morning I had yet. It was early and the sun was rising on the water, I walked along the levee, I could see ships and one of the river boats. The sun was bright and beautiful. It was a great walk. I will definitely be back. It was a nice stay. Something new everyday. I needed more days!

North Star Vacation Club

Posted by: joren
Review: I am a disgruntled owner of a timeshare with the Northstar Vacation Club.
I purchased my timeshare in Jul 2010, and until Jan 11 wasn't enrolled into the RCI points program (despite repeated pestering by phone).
I have yet to receive points for 2010.
I have already filed a Better Business Bureau complaint months ago, and have tried many other ways of resolving this situation calmly and professionally, and still no one at the Northstar Vacation Club seems to care.
BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT DEAL WITH NORTHSTAR VACATION CLUB OR THE NORTHSTAR INN.

The Edgewater

Posted by: MrDonald
Review: Location is fantastic...:) We own a 1 bedroom unit and have frequently utilized the on sight amenities. The indoor pool especially in the non-summer months. Dennisport is a central location on cape cod which make other Cape Cod destinations easy to get to. :o
We enjoy the Cape after the hustle and bustle of the Summer, many shops offer 50% or 75% off prices. :p Also, we have had great success trading our week through II. Mexico as well as Florida and Jamaica!

Delray Beach Club

Posted by: MrDonald
Review: Sorry Folks, this particular timeshare was foreclosed on in 2006.
All the units where sold as individual condo's. I know this because I own and manage in the condo complex right next door to the old Delray Beach Club. Many owners including myself rent our units during the season. :p
Unfortunately this is no longer a timeshare recognized resort.

Review: This resort is in a terrific location. About five miles from the airport at Nice. Half an hour to Cannes or Monaco. An hour and ten minutes to San Remo Italy.
The resort itself is pretty basic, like a french apartment. It does have underground parking and a pool.
Antibes is a wonderful city with an old walled Centre Ville. Nearby Biot is wonderful as well as many other local cities.

Tree Tops Resort

Posted by: fsufan0025
Review: If your going to Tree Top for a day or two, or even a week -- it will be fine. If you are thinking about buying a timeshare unit---DON'T !! It will be a nightmare. The management staff is horrible. Rude and unprofessional at BEST !!! They are SO impressed with their job title and themself --it's comical !! And--if you do decide to buy a timeshare there --- DON'T USE THEIR LAWYER !! We sold our unit (or better yet--are in the process of--thank god) and the buyer chose to use their lawyer. (Karen) The transaction should have taken 10-15 days, but 6 weeks later--we're STILL WAITING !!! She went on vacation for 2 weeks, but didn't disclose that b4 she took the job, and now has the "I'll get around to it when I get around to it attitude" She has to mail us the papers instead of faxing them, or letting us bring the deed, sign the papers, and get the check, so we'd be done !! They will tell you that Tree Top is sold out, so you have to buy from a private party, but look at their site. Dozens of people dying to sell for 15-20 cents on the dollar of what they paid !! And--they won't tell you that there's a class action lawsuit over the RCI point thing, unless it's been settled by now. Look somewhere else--do yourself a favor

Manzi Monate

Review: Very disappointed when my great holiday was destroyed by an insensitive, unhelpful lady who couldn't understand English. She was rude and unwilling to take constructive criticism, not even willing to listen to my complaint! I will NEVER recommend this resort to anyone and I will NEVER stay here again even if it is offered to me FREE! This lady insulted me in the worst way possible and she says she is the highest authority and that no one, not RCI or any Body can do anything to her because she is the MANAGER! I don't have any good memories of this place, on the contrary I have images of a pit bull determined to destroy holiday makers peace!!! The lights don't work, have to offload things in darkness, the hot water didn't work in WINTER and the workmen were still busy at 6pm trying to fix things, which they didn't succeed in fixing even up to the time we departed! Arrival time is listed as 2pm on this site, but at 6pm, they still couldn't get the lights to work!! To top it all they gave us the wrong Chalet as opposed to the one allocated to us. The worst part was the "MANAGERESS" who just hung up each time I tried to talk sense to her! Reception is ALWAYS closed during weekends, EVEN during the PEAK season, so we couldn't even ask for any thing, nor complain to anyone! They're supposedly GOLD CROWN, yet they don't supply heaters for the rooms, have broken lights, or non-working lights and they charge exhorbitant rates for the entertainment!!:mad::eek:

The Manhattan Club

Posted by: MaryamAndBill
Review: We were offered a night stay at Manhattan club, 2 tickets to "Jersey Boys" and $30.00 gift card, if we would to tour the Manhattan club resort for 90 minutes. The representative who made this offer is Brigette at 1-800-206-3375 X-419.
I am writing to inform you of my great dissatisfaction with this whole process. we actually loved the Manhattan club and would've liked very much to own a piece of it, however due to some financial complications which we explained to the manager, had to decline the offer and hope to purchase sometimes in the near future.
After completing the tour, we were told that there are no tickets available at the reception desk for the Jersey Boys. We were extremely disappointed since we took the day off from work and had already gone through a lot of hard work and expense to assure our three kids are in a safe and happy place, so we could get away for the night. Twenty minutes later the representative notified us that we had to wait until they can come up with two tickets. I told them that my husband has cancer and has had a long day already, and needs to rest in order to be able to sit through the show. They kept saying to wait few more minutes for the tickets, finally about two hours later the tickets arrived. After giving us the Jersey boys tickets, the representative said that she doesn't have the gift card of $30.00 and since it's already late, try calling the sales people on Monday and I am sure they'll accommodate what they have promised. By this time my husband and I were too tired and everyone at Manhattan club sales had left for the day, so we decided to follow it up on Monday.
06/07/2010.
I called on Monday and were told Brigette starts working at 5:00pm. I left a message for Brigette to call me back (She never did). On Tuesday around 7 pm, since I didn't hear from her, I called again and spoke with Brigette, I explained to her the fact that we didn't receive what was promised to us ($30.00 Gift card). She transferred me to her manager and got bounced to two other people which the last person said pretty quickly that those promises aren't in the tape. I asked to conference us in with Brigette, as I am sure she does remember offering it to me, however this manager refused to conference me with Brigette and said Brigette is not involved in this any more.
I was extremely shocked as to the manner I was treated and how they lied to us. The whole experience was very stressful, as we loved the Manhattan club but were told to stay at the hotel next door, which we accepted, after we arrived to our room, noticed the door was broken into before, there were marks on the side locks and wall, evidence of possibly a braking in, which that made us feeling quite unsafe.
I had every intention of being an owner some day, however with our experience last Friday night, will not even consider it or recommend it to any friends or family.
Extremely disappointed.

Perennial Vacation Club @ Daytona Beach

Posted by:
Review: We came for bike week. We booked through another resort and immediately had issues with parking. We were told we could only have one parking pass and to remove other car off property or have it towed. You cannot find overnight parking in Daytona Beach!!!!!!! This place is essentially a old run down motel that has been cut up to make two bedroom "Condos". I think the pictures on the website need to be updated. We also noticed that some of the units were "much" nicer with flat screen televisions, etc. No privacy at all. My husband and I were the only couple out of the four, which left for no romance! For some reason there are windows at the top of the dividing wall between the bedrooms, so that when one bedroom's lights are on your room is brightly lit too, even if you don't want it to be and you can hear everything going on in the other room. There was also no air to our room. Both air units were in the common area and front bedroom. Access to the 2nd bath was through the common area and kitchen. $900 for the week is a joke!!

Castleton

Posted by: Dianne
Review:  While Castleton suites are very spacious and comfortable, don't leave clothes lying around. They will be stolen. The manager states that their are security means in place, but obviously there aren't. There is a safe in the room for valuables, but not enough space in it to hang all your clothing. If you report anything stolen, they will cry for you, but not much else.

Christmas Mountain Village

Posted by: julian8386
Review: I have been to this resort probably about ten times. It is one of many resorts within our vacation club. This one is closest to our home, which is why we have visited so often. We have been to many others resorts within our club, our affiliated clubs, and RCI too, so we know what to compare it to. This is one of our favorite resorts and also one of the most popular for other owners. It was featured in the top family fun resorts. It has year-round recreation, attractions, shopping, and much more. Wisconsin Dells is named the water park capital of the world. The resort has many different accomodations including cabins, villas, timberhomes, cottages, and townhomes. Each individual unit has a selection of size, so you can find whatever will work best for you and your number of travelers.

Seven Seas Resort Condo

Posted by: CrazyJaws
Review: Clean? NOT, mold in the tub. You get yelled at if you open the windows, because you might break them, not all of us are incompetent idiots and can close a window without ripping the bottom off. This too is a result of poor maintenance, if you lubricate the sash and operate the unit then it will go up and down. Not everyone wants to sit inside with the ac blowing mold spores throughout. Not every unit has a balcony nor a slider, maybe those you can open but DO NOT TOUCH THE WINDOWS. My entire family does not recommend this facility. The other posts must be owners trying to increase their trading power or rent their units!!!!!!!!!!

Casas del Sol Hotel Suite & Beach Resort

Posted by: TAtunes
Review: I received a good price for a last-minute travel to Margarita. I booked a three bedroom three bath suite. I had a late check-in and was told that there was water restrictions at this resort and they will turn the water on for one hour for us to freshen up. I thought it was pretty good actually for them to have a policy like that enacted for late check-in's. I don't know what the water restrictions are for Margarita as a whole but here the water was off from 2PM to 6PM and 11PM to 6AM.
The staff were nice, and some spoke English. There was a little restaurant there it was priced right had great staff and had pretty decent food. There's also a little store at the facility had about anything you needed, although his hours were not always kept but I don't really blame him. They had Internet, it was pretty fast and wireless around the lobby area. They also had a large pool that was well kept, and cleaned daily.
The rooms were large, clean and comfortable the linen and towels were clean. I also have to say that facility did not smell. I find that a problem staying at hotels around the world. I gave an overall rating of 6 but for Venezuelan standards it can probably be a little bit higher, and for worldwide standards a little lower. The place is due for renovation, but in its day, I bet it was great. Little things that would not cost much at all to repair were not. A leak under the sink in one bathroom. No toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom up stairs. The spring behind the door was bent and rusted the drain in the shower bent and sticking up and was kind of dangerous, a leak under the sink In the kitchen. Look $100, and one day's work could raise the facility standard a point or 2.
For an RCI (Resort Condominiums International) facility, I am disappointed that it did not have cable TV. The TV was small had an antenna and no DVD. I recommend Guacuco Beach , and Rattan Plaza.

Cabo Villas Beach Resort

Posted by: inaann
Review:  Serena Hernandez of CaboVillas and I were in email contact on numerous occasions about free and unrestricted use of the property during our cruise ship vacation. I told her we would not do an "official timeshare tour" but would view the property with possible ownership in mind. She even sent us a "day pass" and a certificate for a free taxi ride. When we arrived by taxi to spend the day, she was not on duty. Another lady greeted us and said "NO". We could not use the property unless we took a full timeshare presentation and tour. The public beach area and its food stand were available to us. Mr. Miguel Mallon and Ms. Monica Aragon, both managers, refused to meet with us personally. We were totally ignored by everyone except the one lady who continued to say NO. I would never trust these people. I would never trust buying a timeshare from them. They were liars and misrepresented themselves to us. They would not apologize, meet us halfway, or even pay for the taxi ride!!! Bad business people, bad public relations. We suggest walking to the MELIA a couple hotels up the beach for a warm, friendly, welcome and COMPLETE DAY USE of their facilities by cruise ship passengers. STAY AWAY FROM CABO BEACH VILLAS. This could have been handled very differently.

Ke Nani Kai

Posted by: jcurtiss
Review: 121 Ke Nani Kai was the best condo I could have gotten. My two week stay in November 2008 was delightful. The condo was sparkling clean (I met the cleaning lady!!), the furnishings were tasteful and comfortable. The ocean views from every room were breathtaking, and romantic (imagine waking up to the sound and the sight of the ocean every morning !!). I have nothing but praise for this unit. I HIGHLY recommend this condo unit. It even has a very comfortable pull out sofa, in case you have any overnight visitors, which we did. The free secure wireless internet access was most appreciated so we could stay in contact with friends, family, and work.

Sands Villa Resort

Posted by: Bigbird130
Review: We really enjoyed our week here.
The most amazing this was we didn't see or have any contact with anyone for the whole week!
We have been timeshareing since 1981 and this is the first time I have ever seen this-it was a nice change from the usual phone calls and meetings to go to.
We had a 2 bedroom unit which had a great view of the ocean and we enjoyed having coffee out on the patio every morning.
The walk to the beach was a nice one on a boardwalkand when you got to the beach it was a nice gentle slope which made it easy to walk on.
It has a large outdoor pool but the heat was off which was a shame because the weather was sunny the whole time we were there except for the last day but there were not a whole lot of people there so I understand that the cost of heating it with no one there is a consideration.
They have a large heated indoor pool and jacuzzi though so that made it nice.
The grounds and building were very well maintained as was the unit.
We went out to eat two nights and we very satisfied with both places
We went to the Channel Marker and I had the blacked tuna,my companion had scallops and our other companion had lasagna and we were all very pleased with the service and quality of the food. We also went to Amos Mosquito's which was having a half price special on the entrees starting at 5.
I had the fish special which was very good ( Can't think of the name of the fish),My other companion had scallops and our other companion had pork chops.
We also tried the fried dill pickles-very good! Service was excellent as was the food
This was after the season so there wasn't much going on but we just wanted to sit on the beach and relax so it was perfect for us.
No complaints about the resort but just to let you know there are only 12 timeshares here so it's hard to get into.

Medewi Bay Retreat

Posted by: Ken
Review: First, discount the 'near beach' part. In fact, if you are into beautiful beaches on your doorstep (as opposed to a 800m hike down to a grubby patch of rubbish and debris strewn black sand) don't bother to go to Medewi Beach Resort. However, if your idea of a relaxing holiday is lying by the side of a terrific pool, being looked after by the epitome of 'beautiful and gentle people' in a lovely tropical setting with hardly anyone around, you will love this place. The food was terrific. My wife and I have lived and travelled in Asia since the mid-70's, we love Indian and Indonesian food and we were not dissappointed. The service was 'typically Bali': in other words, terrific and provided with grace and a genuine display of pleasure in the service of their guests. We are fortunate to have travelled reasonably widely and would be delighted to go back. Enjoy.

Smugglers Notch Resort

Posted by: bored99
Review:  Despite confirmation to the contrary before our departure, all the facilities were closed!!! We had the room for a week, and left after only one night, it was so bad. I've been to the resort during prime season and it was great, but off season with NO amenities simply doesn't cut it for a family with young children.
Our family has previously been to Smuggler's Notch during prime season, and although the shared pools were a bit crowded, the overall stay was great, and the private pools for our area especially so. This time, however, we were told that everything was up and running, only to find (upon arriving from out of state after a 6-hour drive with both a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old) that nearly all the amenities were closed! We were most disappointed to find the heated indoor splash pool was closed, since it was cold and rainy. During our far-too-long-single-day at the resort, we did try the outdoor lap pool, but that doesn't cut it for keeping two toddlers entertained (too deep for them to stand but the brisk winds mean you can't take them out much either)! Worse (and mind-boggling to me), the staff wasn't even apologetic! They just shrugged, and after saying "it's closed? I didn't know that" just said "well, I guess you could try something else instead," but wouldn't give me a list of alternatives, so as I interrogated them, admitted that one thing after another was closed (all restaurants but one, driving range, tennis, other pools, even local area attractions). They did have a mini-golf course open (9ish holes, but you can only do 2 rounds tops with a 3-year-old... and probably less for an older child!)--although someone had forgotten to unlock it--and a joyless "entertainment room" about 15'x15' with toys for children... but no windows, and a depressing place to spend any amount of time. Everyone we bumped into while on the resort was either angry or asked us if we were--it seemed to be a very common topic on the resort that day. Our room was available to us for the entire week, and we left after less than 24 hours. The front desk people were unable to do anything for us, shrugged and gave an "oh well" look when we told them we were checking out after less than a day, and management has yet to return any phone calls.

Shell Vacations Club @ Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy

Posted by: GateKeeper
Review: Well let us tell you one thing "WONDERFUL?. Amazing! Kauai Coast Resort was by far one of the most memorable vacations our family has ever had. We took 4 members of our family on vacation. The room was out of this world, it was like staying in a model home. We had an ocean view room on the third floor facing east, so we could see the sunrise every morning. Yes Hawaii is a little expensive however, having a beautiful room, fully equipped we found that going grocery shopping and being able to cook in a few times and relax around a pool really saved a lot... The concierge booked all of our excursions. We went to Smith's Luau, where Shell worked it out that we had our own table and we were the first to eat at the buffet. We also went horseback riding, kayaking, ATV riding and sunset catamaran cruise, all for the first time. The spa was great also and the workout room had every type of exercise machine you can imagine. This was second time using our Shell Vacation Club; everything was so easy all we really had to do was pack. I cant wait to for our next vacation. We take a big trip every other year...and.........we will go back in two yrs. Best Regards, Michael and Nancy Feldman P.S. Dont miss the owners update they definitely make it worth your while. :D

Tahiti Village

Posted by: TK4rmLA
Review: Had a great time on the tour at the resort. Bob was excellent and i was eager to sign at the end of the presentation. BUT i already decided not to sign with this company due to the worst customer service ever. GRACE, the assistant manager at Stratosphere Tahiti Village ruined our whole weekend. Gave us hell when trying to check in for the tour. Was rude and disrespectful (her mother forgot to teach her manners) and i was disgusted by the fact that she was supposed to be the team leader and set a good example. She was a total bitch to us and didn't even have the courtesy to greet us the next day. No one should have to deal with this kind of disrespect.

Georgian Inn Beach Club

Posted by: Pam Ferrell
Review: I have been an owner at the Georgian Inn for 25+ years. During that time our management team has consistantly improved. At this time we have one of the best management teams in Florida. The staff is always friendly and often go out of their way to make our stay the best it could possibly be.
The building has been remodeled due to storm damage and I am 100% satisfied with the decisions made and the work performed. :)

Georgian Inn Beach Club

Review: We would not recommmend this resort as they simply will not reply to any
documents that you send to them. They will not correspond with us!
They charge outrageous fees. We have no idea if there is any management
there, as we have never been able to find out who it is.

Camelot by the Sea

Posted by: Shirley Baxter
Review: rated poor now as of 12/11/06 simply because we have heard that the resort has been sold for back taxes and we don't know where we, as time share owners stand....hopefully, someone from the resort will have the decency to let us owners know just what is going on..........we LOVE staying at Camelot and certainly would like to return there in 2007.....

Orange Lake Country Club

Posted by: corral101
Review: We go there every year and only visit one Disney park per year because it is so expensive and tiring for both parents and the kids to be at the theme parks all day. So the rest of the time we spend it at the resort by the pool or golfing while the kids were very much entertained by all the activities they offered. We have already visited all the Disney resort and next year will probably go to Universal Studios. Great fun and relaxation for everyone including the adults.:D

Medewi Bay Retreat

Review: Justreturned from a week stay at the resort.
The staff, location and rooms are wonderful. Very peaceful & relaxing . This place is remote, so if it's lots of activities, night life or being close to a touristed area this may not be the place for you.
The only negative aspect was the quality of the food. Simply, it's awful. I lived in Indonesia several years and really enjoy the food. At the restaurant the Indonesia food was juts plain bad. I can understand that western cusine would not be perfect, but to have poor quality Indonesia dishes is unacceptable.
