Within the Tanca Manna complex and 1/2 Km from the sandy beaches lies the Sporting Hotel Tanca Manna. On-site facilities are excellent, and the village of Cannigio, with its shops, bars, and marina, is about two miles away. From Palau, there are boat excursions to tiny, offshore islands. All units are air-conditioned and have daily maid service. Car rental is recommended on the Costa Smeralda. Centro Energy is available for guided scuba and snorkelling excursions to the nearby islands. Windsurfing boards, canoes and sailing boats can be hired. Tuition is available.
