The island capital, Heraklion with its fascinating museum and shops, is 27 kilometres away. The hot summers and mild winters make this island an ideal holiday location year-round and its many historical sites make interesting diversions from sunbathing on the beach. haven't been yet but maybe you can help me.my wife and myself arrive on
1/10/06 but it is about 1 or 2 am and was wondering about checking in and
how long is a taxi ride from the airport.
