Ocean Park Resort, nominated the 2001 Fashion Hotel of Portugal, enjoys an oceanfront location on the outskirts of the historic capital city of Funchal. Features include one- and two-bedroom suites (all with ocean views), indoor and outdoor heated pools, four restaurants, squash, snooker, creche, conference rooms, nightclub, bars and entertainment, spa facilities, and a health club. You can pamper yourself with a number of health treatments performed by the staff. The resort also has a regular courtesy bus to Funchal. Two golf courses are minutes away, as are many more attractions.
