Description:

Canaltime Houseboats are based on the Market Harborough of the Grand Union Canal. The houseboats do not cruise but offer guests a unique water based experience. The attractive market town of Market Harborough is within easy walking distance of Union Wharf, and offers a good selection of shops, restaurants and traditional public houses. There are a wide variety of attractions in the surrounding area, such as Stamford Hall, which houses a replica of one of the very first flying machines, built by Percy Pilcher in 1898. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
