Description:	Just north of famous Daytona Beach, the Georgian Inn Beach Club offers a vacation of sun-drenched fun in addition to various other recreational pursuits. Swim in the ocean or in the resort's outdoor pool or give surfing or deep-sea fishing a try. Bicycle and boat rentals, tennis courts, parks, and an 18-hole golf course are within five miles of the resort. For your dining and entertainment needs, several restaurants and nightclubs are in the area. Other attractions within driving distance include Walt Disney World(R), Sea World, Cypress Gardens, St. Augustine, and Kennedy Space Center.

Pros:	None
Cons:	There is something wrong with the management of this resort. We have had a problem with them concerning our timeshare for over a year and they simply won't reply to any of our letters! We have finally registered a complaint to the State of Fl. our next

We would not recommmend this resort as they simply will not reply to any
documents that you send to them. They will not correspond with us!
They charge outrageous fees. We have no idea if there is any management
there, as we have never been able to find out who it is.

Pros:	Newly remodeled. Great management team. Friendly staff.

I have been an owner at the Georgian Inn for 25+ years. During that time our management team has consistantly improved. At this time we have one of the best management teams in Florida. The staff is always friendly and often go out of their way to make our stay the best it could possibly be.
The building has been remodeled due to storm damage and I am 100% satisfied with the decisions made and the work performed.
