Timber Trail Heights is situated in the small, quaint town of Parwanoo, 35kms from Chandigarh and 80kms from Shimla. The resort is uniquely perched on the top of a hill and is accessible only by cable car. It is a spectacular, breathtaking ride to reach the resort, with excellent views of the valley. The lawns and terraces of the resort are perfect for a lazy winter afternoon or just to go for a mountain walks in the morning. The resort can organise tours to exotic hill stations such as Kasauli which is at 6,000 ft above sea level or Chail, the summer seat of the famous rulers of Patiala.
