Review: :mad: Serena Hernandez of CaboVillas and I were in email contact on numerous occasions about free and unrestricted use of the property during our cruise ship vacation. I told her we would not do an "official timeshare tour" but would view the property with possible ownership in mind. She even sent us a "day pass" and a certificate for a free taxi ride. When we arrived by taxi to spend the day, she was not on duty. Another lady greeted us and said "NO". We could not use the property unless we took a full timeshare presentation and tour. The public beach area and its food stand were available to us. Mr. Miguel Mallon and Ms. Monica Aragon, both managers, refused to meet with us personally.
