Cons: Very disappointing "Manageress", rude and unhelpful
Review: Very disappointed when my great holiday was destroyed by an insensitive, unhelpful lady who couldn't understand English. She was rude and unwilling to take constructive criticism, not even willing to listen to my complaint! I will NEVER recommend this resort to anyone and I will NEVER stay here again even if it is offered to me FREE! This lady insulted me in the worst way possible and she says she is the highest authority and that no one, not RCI or any Body can do anything to her because she is the MANAGER! I don't have any good memories of this place, on the contrary I have images of a pit bull determined to destroy holiday makers peace!!! The lights don't work, have to offload things in darkness, the hot water didn't work in WINTER and the workmen were still busy at 6pm trying to fix things, which they didn't succeed in fixing even up to the time we departed! Arrival time is listed as 2pm on this site, but at 6pm, they still couldn't get the lights to work!!
