Cons: dishonest, have not given me points (8 months later!) for turning in timeshare week
Review: I am a disgruntled owner of a timeshare with the Northstar Vacation Club. I purchased my timeshare in Jul 2010, and until Jan 11 wasn't enrolled into the RCI points program (despite repeated pestering by phone). I have yet to receive points for 2010. I have already filed a Better Business Bureau complaint months ago, and have tried many other ways of resolving this situation calmly and professionally, and still no one at the Northstar Vacation Club seems to care.
