The resort is located in the Bay of Samana and has its own private beach. This area of the island has lush vegetation and is not frequented by many tourists. Samana Bay Village is 6kms from the resort and is a typical Dominican village with a charming and colourful daily market. On site you can enjoy the beach or the pool. The resort organises excursions such as a day by boat in the Bay of Samana, or visit a Dominican farm. Alternatively take a jeep safari or discover the 'Devils Mouth'
