Description:

Palazzo del Giglio is situated in the heart of Venice and offers visitors the opportunity to see monuments like St Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge and the lesser known parts of the city. The lagoon called the Lido, is an island which offers sporting facilities such as golf, tennis and a beach with the added attraction of the Casino. Other trips are to the islands of Murano (famous for glass blowing factories), Burano (for the lace) and Torcello (for its expensive restaurants). The festivals during Carnival time and historical regatta are the highlights on the Venetian calendar.
